If it's just a few bros that don't care too much about riding the park I would recommend wolf Creek. If you have wives and kids to keep happy, durango might be a better choice. There is almost always fresh snow at wolf Creek, and I talked to a few guys from durango yesterday that said conditions there were still a little rough. I was hiking 30 minutes to Alberta peak yesterday and rising waist deep powder for the first 500' or so. Wolf Creek is a 30 minute drive from the closest lodgings, there is no terrain park, but they get freakish amounts of snow. Durango is much more developed, it has a terrain park and ski in/out condos. They are both great for beginner/intermediate riders.
